Morning sickness question

Got pregnant earlier in the year which ended in miscarriage but when I was pregnant I had some nausea but it was also accompanied with an upset stomach. I recently just found out I am pregnant again and the upset stomach is back. Could this be part of morning sickness? Or just coincidenc?
