Naps after work ?

Question

Do any of you full time working moms who are pregnant with your FIRST child ,  take a nap when you get home from work and then go back to sleep ? I've been considering doing this , as I can hardly keep my eyes open when I get home .

I work a second shift schedule. I have to take progesterone supplements so I have it set at noon and midnight. I get out of bed sometimes at 10, sometimes at 11, I take my progesterone at 12 and then Around 12:30-1 I get extremely exhausted after taking the progesterone, and I take a nap until about 2:30 when I have to take my husband to work and then get ready for work myself. And then I typically go to sleep at around 12:30 at night after eating some dinner with my husband and then we go lay in bed around 2. Then the cycle starts all over.

Currently 24w/4d pregnant. I'm a stay at home mom to 2 toddlers and I have to take naps or I'm a complete butt to everyone! Thankfully my kids nap really well. Yesterday, I didn't take a nap because I was super busy. I was so exhausted I was falling asleep in my dinner and completely rude for no reason. I sometimes have an issue falling asleep at actual bedtime if the nap was too late in the day, but I'm usually fine.

Meee! I leave my house at 6:10am, get to school at 7, teach all day, get home between 5-6pm (sometimes later) and nap for a while. Then I wake up, watch TV, and go to bed again 😂

Meeeee!!  I leave the house at 7 and get home at 6- literally so tired when I get home. I normally like to take a little 30-45 minute nap and then I'm able to stay up until 9:30ish Lol!
