Pregnancy symptoms?

Not sure where else to post this. I was supposed to get my period 2 days ago, but I had unprotected sex 4 weeks ago and tested positive for pregnancy 4 days ago(2days before my period). For the past week and a half I have been getting sooo many bad cramps. Is this normal for pregnancy? Or could there be a chance that the test was wrong and my period is just late?

Also if i take another test and it tests back positive where can I post questions about abortions on eve where I won't be judged? :(
