TMI does this look like a miscarriage

does this look like a miscarriage? I went into ER yesterday for bleeding and they said I have a "threatened miscarriage" haven't had any bleeding since, just went to the restroom and this was on the toilet paper when I wiped.. they told me not to come back into ER unless I was in a lot of pain which I'm not, and to wait until my appointment Wednesday to check my levels and do an ultrasound. should I wait or go back in?
