I've had watery discharge since 30 weeks - I'm currently 39w5d - so I'd say no its not a sign of early labor. At least not for me, lol.

go get the fluid tested for amniotic fluid

Going through same thing...I been to hospital two times already thinking my water broke because fluids literally drops down my leg but they said everything is fine
