Anyone fell pregnant without ovulation strips etc..

So I finished my first natural period 4 days ago. I’m now in my ‘fertile week’ so we will BD and have been every day so far. I don’t use ovulation strips and I didn’t with my 16 month old son. I cant remember any ovulation symptoms that really stood out.. Maybe just some cramps and that’s it. I’m hoping it just happens the same this time. I kinda just wanna go with the flow and not stress about it too much. Sorry for the ramble but i guess I’m just wondering if anyone else has fallen pregnant and not done the testing etc or had any symptoms that stood out?
