Are Braxton Hicks painful?
I'm 31+6 and since the 2nd trimester I've had this occasional tightening in my abdomen that lasts for less than 20ish seconds. It usually happens when I go pee, but now that I'm farther along it happens just randomly throughout the day.
They are never painful and everything I've read said they feel like period cramps. Could they be Braxton Hicks?
