Bleeding

I got a positive test last week. Yesterday after I left the dr to confirm with a blood test my stomach started cramping with period like pains. When I got home to use the restroom I noticed blood. I went into panic mode because i automatically felt I was going to miscarry. The whole night my stomach was cramping pretty bad, not unbearable but painful. I put a pad on, the blood doesn’t fill up the pad but when I pee I see blood as well. Not sure if I should be worried or no. Even this morning I’m still having some cramps & the light bleeding. Anyone experienced this or have any advice?
