is it still possible?

im so confused i dont know if i can still be prego or not ok so i supposably had a miscariage doc says but went in like three times levels arent going down there going up so doc took a ultrasound ok then she saw nothing she says either its too small yet to see or it might be inthe tubes ok but i have no pain for it to be ectopic preg so i was bleeding for like 2 or 3 weeks like if i had my period though so could the baby still be ok after all that bleeding if the baby is in there ?
