Blessed thistle to increase your milk?
Has anyone had good results taking blessed thistle capsules to increase milk supply? My baby was born 4 weeks early, he's now 2 weeks old and I still don't have quite enough milk so I supplement. I started taking the blessed thistle but haven't noticed a difference
