this may be a stupid question but oh well.. is there anyway to conceive a certain sex? I've seen things like shettles method. Does it work? Me and my husband really want a girl. We have 3 boys. Has anyone tried these crazy methods and it work? or changed your diet to conceive a certain sex? Let me know! Thank you

sorry it all has to do with his sperm. only way to determine sex before implantation is ivf gender selection where they sort out the sperm for you in the lab  or adoption.
