promising cycle?
My DH left early this AM for out of town work and wont be home until next week. I had a +opk yesterday afternoon at 6pm. So any chance of conception would have to be from our previous BDing this cycle. Do you ladies think my chances are good? Also this is my first cycle using opks. Do I need to test again even though I got a +opk yesterday?
