You can ask for one but talk to your doctor first because most insurances cover breast pumps! And they cover the really good ones!!

I agree with everyone else on checking with your insurance, but besides that I don't think it's too personal at all! I put nipple cream, breast pads, nursing bras, and pajamas for me on my registry. I had no problem opening those during my shower, either. New moms need all of that stuff too!!

Your insurance should provide ahold brand pump (medela, spectra, etc) definitely check with them first!!! If they don't, I would put it on my registry.

Definitely not. Modesty basically goes out the window when it comes to having babies, plus its related to feeding the baby, not like its for anything risque

I put mine on my babies r us registry, and bought it for myself. I submitted the receipt to my insurance company and got reimbursed for the pump and all the accessories, plus it counted towards my money back reward since it was bought “off” my registry.
