am i in the wrong?

so my boyfriend's friend's girlfriend just asked me why i cant have kids & said that my boyfriend told her that and they were talking about that kind of stuff. I am not 100% sure whether i can or can not have kids. I had a pulmonary embolism in 2014 caused by birthcontrol and after my treatment with blood thinners doctors told me that if i ever got pregnant it would be a monitored pregnancy due to the blood disorder. Not to mention that the "girlfriend" hooked up her friend with my boyfriend 2 years back while we were together. so I dont know if i am wrong to be upset with him for speaking on if im fertile or .. please let me know if im just being crazy or what !?!?
