Can't have sex . Too painful .

So in the beginning of September I was told I had a UTI was put on antibiotics even though I had absolutely no symptoms.( was tested through a urine check ) ever since then I literally cannot have sex . It started out sex was just painful here and there . Now it's gotten to the point where my SO can't even start to put his penis in me without me wanting to scream and cry . Has this happened to anyone else ? No we don't use condoms or any type of birth control .
