I’m 25 almost 26weeks pregnant, I have had spotting on and off with no found reason and high risk for premature labor.. I been having pain in my vagina and tonight when I went to the bathroom there was blood(bright red), not a little a lot, but I keep wiping and it went to pink color now.. the spotting before has been bright red but a lot less.. I’m also Rh negative.. should I call the birthing center and see what to do or just wait to see my ob tomorrow since I have an apt
