Postpartum period
Ok so I am almost 4 months postpartum and I got my period back September 5th-10th. So when the 5th came around this month I was expecting a period. Well it never showed and still hasn’t. I took a pregnancy test two days after missed period and it was very negative. Anyone have ideas of what could be going on
