Baby always lays face down during ultrasound?

I'm 23 weeks and for the last 3 ultrasounds I've had he is always laying facedown. Is this normal?

I've had two so far with this kid who is #3 and each time he/she doesn't move. He/she moved hands at the last one but it's pretty lazy so far !!!! With its face smashed up against my placenta for a forehead pillow apparently.

I was the same way until my last ultrasound on the 29th of september. she turned around on her own. My OB told me it's not an indication of anything. Your little one will turn around on his/her own. Dont worry about it mama.
