Finding out gender???

Question

Ok so I need some opinions pretty please. Ive wanted to know the sex of our baby from the start, but my partner was firmly against it wanting the surprise on the day. Things have been a bit tense between us the last few weeks (just with my crazy hormones and him starting a new job etc) so he said he has changed his mind and wants to find out at our scan on Monday. He said we need some good news and this will cheer us both up, plus the birth will still be exciting regardless. Which I agree but he was so against it I don’t want him to be doing it just to cheer me up then later regret it. What do you ladies think? Should we find out or should I tell him no we should wait?

I waited to find out with my second and it was so hard to pick a name in the hospital and caused so much anxiety between me and my husband. It was a moment I will never forget in the delivery room but so was my daughters birth and we knew the gender. It's a wonderful moment either way.

My husband didn’t want to know until birth, but I really wanted to find out ASAP. 
He gave in to what I wanted because he said I’m doing all the hard work, so I should get to do what I want. 
He told me later that he’s so glad we found out before the birth. He says it still would have been cool to wait, but he’s glad we didn’t. 
She’s no longer an it. We call her by her name, no “it” or “the baby”. 
I feel so much more excited and closer to her. Especially since there wasn’t much to connect me to her at 11 weeks because I couldn’t feel her yet. I still don’t really feel her yet. 
It’s so much fun to imagine her future and everyone.
We don’t regret it one bit, but that’s us.
