Advice?!?

I'm 20, at University and have a job. I'm currently living with my partner and 2 other flatmates, so financially everything is going better then it ever has. My issue is that lately I've been having doubts on living with my SO. I am the only one in the house that stays in the most, unless I'm working (I'm the only part time worker in the house, due to my study allowance). Everyone else goes out early and works and then comes back at 5pm. My SO doesn't work for three days of the week, but comes back at 5pm as the others, due to a I.T voluntary course. Yet, when he's said he'll do stuff (Clean out stuff from our room, since we've moved in), he hasn't. When he gets back home, he goes on his computer and talks to for a wee bit to everyone, but that's it. I'm very independent and don't like being relied on to do everything. I don't mind cleaning parts of the house or doing my share, as long as everyone else does their thing as well. Am I making a mistake here, by living with my SO, when he won't does as he's said and when he's starting gaming more?
