Im feeling confused...

So me and my husband tried for a second baby for around 2 months... and I was so excited about it cuz you guys know... A babyyy!!😍 But a couple days ago my daughter was soo pissed and cried her lungs out for like 30 mins and my mom was like "and you guys want another one" to what my husband replied with "not me"

I thought he wanted another baby? he said it himself but now he doesn't? Idk what to do... I really want a second baby... My daughter is 1 year 8 months old. Is it time for another one or what do you guys think??? ps. Im really upset he doesn't want another one...
