I had a Dr Appt at 1pm, sandwiched between picking up a repaired trumpet and taking it to my stepdaughter at one school, and picking up my oldest daughter at another. Right before leaving I'd received a phone call about my autistic stepson causing some problems at school again. So I was definitely stressed. At my Appt, my blood pressure was up and was botderline
