Using insulated bottle bags
Can anyone advise me on using insulated bottle bags for breast milk...have looked at the Tommie tippee ones which say they keep milk warm for up to 4 hours but I thought breast milk can only be used for up to one hour after taking out of the fridge and warming up?
I want to take milk out with me during the day but should I keep it cold and heat it when we're out or would these bottle bags work for keeping the milk warm for a couple of hours??
