Cycle help

Anyone know why my cycle is doing this?

I got off BC in January. My cycle got longer after getting off, but the last 3 cycles had gotten shorter. The previous one had me ovulating on day 20. This cycle I expected to ovulate even sooner (I have been taking vitex, raspberry leaf tea, and evening primrose to regulate my cycles). But it is currently cd 24 and no signs of ovulation.

I only use strips and don't temp, but I always get my period 13-14 days after my LH surge so I figure I ovulate when I get a positive.

I was using easy@home LH strips, but I ran out around cd19 so have been using the clearblue that forms 2 parallel blue lines. I hadn't used these before and always got positive opk on easy@home strips.

Additional note: my last period was different than normal. I had basically no cramps and it was red the entire time. Usually I have a day or 2 where it is brown, but this time it was very red. No positive PT though during that cycle. Not sure if this is relevant but I noticed it.
