Early implantation bleeding?

Hi, I hope someone could help me. According to glow my fertile window start Thursday 5th, my fiancee and I BD Saturday, Monday and Tuesday, according to glow I ovulate yesterday, and actually I felt a light cramp in the morning, but when ovulate I used to feel cramps all day long. Today Very early in the morning when weeping notice a little blood in the paper, like lines and Im felling more cramps. My cuestion is, is possible this early have implantation bleeding? Maybe I just ovulate early and the cramp I felt yesterday was the embryo attaching to the uterus? someone whose who had experience something similar . Im sorry for my grammar, English is not my native language and I haven't take English lessons, I hope I make myself clear. Thanks in advance!
