Can some of you newly preggo ladies talk about how your TWW was?

I'm supposed to start my period on October 15. Haven't had any pms symptoms so far so I was really hopeful. But, all night and this morning my back has been on fire!!! I don't even want to get out of bed. It's got me feeling like AF is on her way and there's no chance at conception this month.
