Miscarriage, need advice please

So at 7 weeks 2 days, this morning the doctor confirmed that what was a very healthy little heart beat last week is no longer much of anything. Sitting waiting for my body to catch up, which is just dreadful. Question is, the doctor has given us the option of waiting for nature to take its course over the next few days, or go in for a DnC. Personally i would prefer to do neither, but that isnt an option so which is better for your chances of TTC in the future? My DH says nature, but everyone else i have spoken to today says DnC, doc didnt seem to have a preference either way? Moving on, just want to give the next jelly bean its best chance? Wouldnt wish this on anyone
