Implantation Symptoms??

I think maybe I've been having implantation symptoms today. I woke up feeling pretty normal but decided to take a bath so I did and noticed my boobs were really swollen and starting to get tender. Then I had a horrible headache today and have just felt off all day. I've been having pinches and cramps in my lower abdomen since ovulation (8 dpo). But today they were more intense and more frequent but don't feel like period cramps. I haven't had any implantation bleeding but I didn't have it with my daughter either. Anyone else in the same boat??
