Scared to tell anyone after a miscarriage...

So I found out 2 days ago that after months of trying my husband and I are pregnant again. It's still very early and back in June I miscarried so I am now scared to tell anyone other then my husband that I'm pregnant...

My question to you ladies is when should I tell my best friend, or my mom who I'm closest to in the world?! I don't want to tell her good news just to have it taken away again. Everyone else can with till the 12 week mark I just don't know when to tell the people I'm closest too. :(
