Gd ! Testing levels
So I want to my appointment this morning and my blood sugar levels were at 159 but I didn’t know about what not to eat etc so my doc said that it was normal given what I had for breakfast! I ate lunch about an hr ago and just tested my number is 99 is that or bad I am totally new to this so excuse it if it sounds like a dumb question help lol
