Male infertility

I am truly on the verge of mental breakdown. I am 32 married for a while we have been trying for two and half years. Six months ago we got diagnosed with male factor infertility but the doctor expected some prostrate inflammation so put my husband in antibiotic along with clomid. I am not sure if anyone had similar circumstances but his Soren count is very low like two million and every other count in it kinda is very low too. Did clomid or abx help you guys? Let me know and thanks! I really really beg someone to pls reply
