I didn't have cramping with my miscarriage until I was already bleeding heavily. I cramped with my HEALTHY ones. We have 7 kids.

The cramps with my healthy pregnancies have been just normal period cramps. When I went through my miscarriage they were basically contractions....it was so excruciating that I didn’t leave the couch for 2 days...I was crying it hurt so so bad...the minute I passed my baby they stopped and went to normal period cramps.

The cramps were very different with both! During my first couple months of pregnancy I had cramps somewhat like period cramps! When I miscarried (a previous pregnancy) the cramps were excruciating! I was in an unbelievable amount of pain! So I had cramps with both but they were very very different
