Had my 38 week appointment today. Had my cervix checked to see how much I was dialated and thinned. Think this is just from the check or is it something tinge concerned about?

It's from the check, if you're starting to dilate at all your cervix becomes very vascular and every time you are checked you'll more than likely have a bit of blood after. As long as it's not the whole piece of tp or you need a pad it's normal. 🙂

Just from the check. You shouldn't bleed anymore than that, it should just be a little spotting like that from irritating your cervix.
