Does 'tis mean something

So I got pregnant in June had an abortion , the due date was suppose to be on one of my best friends birthday , and now I'm missed my period again which is weird bc I never do other then when I was pregnant but I have been taking my pill correctly and everything so idk I never miss a period so I'm thinking to my self agin I'm pregnant bc I added up when I had my last period and everything came out correct like it said I had sex on sept 19 which I did but get this it showed my due date and it's my other best friends birthday . Do you think it's a sign !?
