Does anyone else feel lonely as hell beacause there S/O works to much?

I want to say yes but at the same time no. Like yes I miss him but I know he’s working to support our family.

Ik my hubby is working as much as he can for this baby and so I can stay home. My parents and grandparents have also been supper supportive. Grandparents are retired and have us over for dinner and lunch when I have a midwife appointment because she's only 3 houses down. Mom is taking a week off before her Christmas break to be with me and dad is taking a week before he's due and a week after he's born so I won't be alone. When my hubby is home he takes care of everything dogs, dishes, garbage, foot rubs. I'm blessed and I can't complain.

In a way, yes. We have been working very different schedules. His is 7 to 3:30 and mine 3:30 to midnight. Mine is changing this coming week and again after that, but the last several weeks have been pretty hard. I've missed him like crazy but we've actually gotten a lot closer because we've been needing the contact with each other.

it's not that he works "too much" but I don't work due to being high risk so he's working to provide for us. But I get really depressed some days. like today he left at 530 am and it's now almost 1130pm and he's still not off work.(getting in xtra hrs due to taking tomorrow off) :(

He works 60-70 hours a week but I'm pretty used to it since we've been together 5 years, married for 1. I work 40 hours a week so I'm always busy keeping up with housework and such

Not really. My husband doesn’t really work any more hours than I do but he does work more of a second shift (1pm-10pm). It’s been like this for a year. Luckily his contract is up in January and he’s looking at changing locations to get a better route that he’ll enjoy more and will put him working more normal hours (going in at probably 6am). It’s life. It sucks but it’ll be fine.
