11dpo and having small cramping sessions. real light & quick. less than a minute. feels kinda tight. peeing a lot more. getting nauseated. no food looks good to me. like nothing. my gag reflex is going strong. cant even manage coffee. just some teas and water. ovulated the first but did the deed two days before i ovulated. soooo, thoughts? opinions?
