Friend with benefits turning into relationship

So me and this guy have been fucking around for about a month. I’m 19 and he’s 24. I don’t really care about age. We hung out earlier and he asked when my bday was and I said August why and he’s like “I was hoping it was later and then you’d turn and then 21 so I can take you out and I just look at him like 🤔👀 what. I know he said if this turns into a relationship cool and I’m cool with that but keeping it just sex for 2 years? I really don’t think I can do that. He said he wants to wait til I’m 21 bc he wants to take me to places and those places require me being 21. I told my friend and she’s like fake ID lol. But yeah so now idk what to do. Should I kept doing what I’m doing and hope for the best or stop seeing him?
