13 week appointment in a few hours! Not sure if i get an ultrasound haven't had one since 6 weeks..

Most likely not. You typically only get 2 or 3 ultrasounds your entire pregnancy unless you're high risk. 1 for dating in the beginning which you had, 1 at 20ish weeks for an anatomy scan and then sometimes but not always 1 around 36 weeks for size measurements

I'm having one at 12w6d because we chose to do the NT Scan with blood work. We have to go to our local hospital though as my OB doesn't do it in the office.

Unless there is reason for concern they probably won't give you a scan. They give you two typically in a healthy pregnancy. I had a third because they couldn't find her heart beat.
