You can't really go by glow. It's just a prediction based on data you've entered. The best thing to do is use OPKs to pinpoint ovulation and then count the days. It's recommended to wait until at least 12 DPO to test... although there are people like me that can't control ourselves and start testing at 8-9 DPO. Good luck!

Test when your period is late. And no glow is only guessing. If you have super regular periods then glow is probably fairly accurate but you have to track opks and or bbt to know for sure what day you ovulate.
