Temps.. please help 😊

Hi all! First month TTC after being on the pill for almost 9 years!

Had some cramping a few days ago followed by a lot of back pain! Also noticed some raw egg white discharge followed by a day of spotting (very very minimal).

Could anyone help me with my chart below as to if I have ovulated? My temp usually lingers around 36.3 but I've been completely flushed and nauseated with a headache for the past few days!
