My boyfriend is hypocritical

Okay so I was sitting on the couch watching a show that I like and wanted to show my boyfriend even though he wasn’t really in to it, it was like 20 minutes long and then my mom came home and started talking to him and he completely stopped watching the show and ignored me for like an hour talking to my mom. Like I know I should be happy they get along but I hate how they’ll just talk and act like I’m not there, and he doesn’t like if I talk to his family soooo...Not to mention the amount of movies I have suffered through just because he liked them and wanted me to accompany him and he can’t sit through 20 minutes. What do i doooo
