Depends. If they're before we were together and the girl knew she was being photographed and consented, I wouldn't care. If they were from before me, but he took them without the girl's permission, I would be asking a lot of questions and making sure their aren't pics of me somewhere. Then I would delete them, talk to him, and suggest counseling and go from there as far as what would happen between the 2 of us from that point. 
If he cheated and documented it with or without the girl's permission, I would be gone with a copy of the pictures for my lawyer. I would leave and contact him later to talk about it.
