Ovulation On metformin? Help!

About two weeks ago my obgyn put me On metformin 1000 mg for pre diabetes and to help with ttc. I was at the end of my period. According to glow I was supposed to ovulate two days ago. I have gotten positive tests for three days in a row now but have more creamy white cm than raw egg white. I have been cramping on and off since the day I was supposed to ovulate and had what seemed like spotting this morning which has only occurred when it is implantation bleeding. Is it possible that the metformin made me ovulate early and I’m pregnant or is this just intense ovulation?
