How often do you change your LO's clothes?

How often do you change your LO's clothes? Do you think it's gross to leave them in one outfit until it's soiled (milk or diaper) even if they're in one outfit all day?
My MIL just acted disgusted that she saw my daughter in the same outfit this morning that I put her in last night (sleeper, so she slept in it...) She has ate pretty clean and hasn't blown out of a diaper so I didn't think it was a big deal... am I crazy? It's a chilly day so I was going to let get stay in it too! lol

I sometimes don't even put clothes on my baby 😂 just a diaper and socks and sometimes a beanie and that's because we swaddle him and I don't want him over heating. when people come over we put a onsie on him when we go out that's when we put a onsie and pants on him but we live in Southern California so it's pretty warm over here still.

We change once a day unless he spits up or has a blow out. So it usually ends up being 2-3 Times a day.

He gets bedtime clothes and daytime clothes. if he gets anything dirty I change them.

I change my baby once in the morning and once at night.. but if she happens to have urine or feces on her onesie.. she gets another outfit.

I answered once dirty, but since my baby girl pretty much spits up constantly she sometimes changes outfits 2-3 times a day. I usually put new Jammies on her each night before bed, if she spits up or blows out before that (highly likely) she will get changed then too.

Usually 1-2 times per day but once soiled - always. Sometimes it's from me leaking while he nurses other times he spits up a bit. No blow outs yet but just depends on the day. Always after a fresh bath regardless of the time of day.
