Shakeology & Miscarriage

I got pregnant in January of 2016.

Right when I started back on Shakeology.

I didn’t know I was pregnant until about 8 weeks.

I stopped taking shakeology then because I was nervous and switched to prenatals.

We miscarried in early March.

Started trying again in September 2016.

Fast forward to last weekend.

After 13 months of trying again we finally got it! Our positive. Only to have another loss three days later.

I started drinking shakeology again about a week before ovulation. Kept up with it for a week or so. This time just completely forgot about it.

We lost the baby three days later.

I am so confused. Anyone drink shakeology? Part of me first stated to believe it was the reason for miscarriage. Now I’m torn with believing it’s what got me pregnant - and stopping drinking it made me miscarry?

Ugh. 🤦🏻‍♀️
