Frustrated!

I went to L&D; today for period like cramps, back pains and contractions since 1:30 am. I didn't even want to go in because I feel like unless your waters break they won't admit you. So I'm 4cm dilated and 60% effaced. I'm having big contractions and my blood pressure is 147/100 then 137/92. They monitor me for an hour. Do another cervix check and there was no progress bp is 137/90 at this point and they come back in and are like well we prefer you labor at home. So when your water breaks come back. It's like contractions don't even matter anymore or blood pressure. And I've had perfect blood pressure my whole pregnancy. I'm exhausted because i can't sleep with the constant pressure pain and contractions. I'm praying he comes soon!!
