So I was supposed to get my period today.  I been cramping but nothing has been happening. So I took a test this morning and one just some minutes ago .. is it possible to get 2 positives this early ? I heard people say if your hcg is bold enough to show on day of period .. could possibly mean twins ?? And mind you it my boyfriends birthday he is excited.  This will be my first so I'm kinda scared.  But twins run in his family

Yes its definitely possible to get positive this early. You may have ovulated sooner than you thought or like you said it may be twins. Congratulations mama!

firstly congrats!! it depends on your hcg levels as they rise differently for everyone, it also depends on what your levels are naturally as they can be up to 5 when not pregnant. if your gp does blood tests to monitor your hcg then that should tell you if they're rising rapidly :) It may also be that you ovulsted a little earlier by a day or two and implanted early.. all the possibilities 😂😂
