7 years no ring 🙄

I'm upset because I am beginning to feel like I'm wasting my time on this relationship. We've been together for seven years and we have 2 children a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I asked him about marriage during my first pregnancy and he told me that we would have to wait until we got on our feet and get things together. Fast forward 2 years later I'm pregnant again and he still told me the timing wasn't right and we needed more than what we had. I work full time as a school bus driver and he works full time as an electrician. We got engaged December of 2016 but we broke up a month later after secrets of him being unfaithful surfaced and he had trouble keeping his hands to himself. Well here we are now trying to work things out and I'm telling him that I'm not interested in waiting another 7 years if we're going to make our family work and be together then I don't want to play house I want a real commitment. I know I'm ranting but I would really like to know other people's unbiased opinions on this subject because I'm feeling like he's stringing me along.
