Postpartum smell?!?!

Is it normal to have a smell down there after having the baby? I’m 2 weeks postpartum and it smells strong down there I shower everyday. I’m still bleeding but not heavy it’s very light. Is this normal??  FTM btw

Yep lochia smells weird.

Yes. It sucked. It will eventually go away in about a month or less.

It definitely had a unique smell...stopped with the bleeding.

Yep. I’m not sure what it was, maybe anesthesia, maybe just how all of that “lovely” stuff smells, but everything definitely had a smell for me.
It was the worst a few days PP but it didn’t go away entirely until after a few weeks.
