I just watched a guy a while ago get PISSED and start filming a manager who was trying to get him to leave a store for nearly 30 minutes and I can't get over it. Why was he mad?? Because the cashier, who had to hide in the back until this prick left, didn't say thank you after the guy bought something. It was a just fast food. The kid was soft spoken too so even if he did say it then you wouldn't have heard him. This 30-40 year old ADULT man was loudly telling this kid in a quiet store that he needs to speak up, disturbing everyone! He had that same type of mean laugh you get from a creep telling a woman she needs to smile while he was harrasing the cashier too. "What? I can't hear you man. Speak up. Speak up sir *creepy "friendly" laugh* You should speak up when you're talking to customers". Then he checks out and all hell breaks loose. I get that some companies teach their employees to say thank you after a purchase or someone might think that it's just manners. but wow. They don't ALL force that rule and not ALL people people think that's basic manners. All this obviously shy teenager did was check you out and do his job. You've clearly never worked retail in your life and you don't need verbal reward like a dog when you do so much as wipe your ass. Maybe YOU should thank that kid for making your insanly complicated order while you breathed down his neck for being quite? You look like you're about to murder or rape people when you do that btw.
